House sleeps 20. Primary renter must be 25 years old. No pets or events, please.

Rentals begin at 3:00 pm Saturday and checkout is 10:00 am the following Saturday. Weekly

rental rates are listed on the calendar below. Please note, due to the popularity of the 4 th of July

holiday, the weeks of June 29-July 6 and July 6-July 13 must be booked together (2 week total).

Damage deposit of $1500 is due with the weekly rental rate to hold your reservation.

Cancellation Policy: If, for any reason, you need to cancel your reservations, the damage

deposit will be refunded to you in full.

The weekly rental rate will be refunded if you need to cancel within three days after making your reservation, 50% will be refunded up to 2 weeks

before and no refund within 2 weeks of your reservation.

Damage Policy: Renter is responsible for any damage to the property caused by you or your party during your stay.
