Tony Pawlicki

Tony Pawlicki is a native of Syracuse Indiana and an avid real estate professional. A 2010 graduate of the University of Notre Dame, Tony lived in Baltimore, Maryland for four years while completing a Masters degree and teaching music at a private preparatory school. Currently, he is the Director of Bands for Wawasee Community Schools. While he specializes in teaching adolescents, Tony seeks to educate all buyers and sellers in their real estate journey. "Having a mother who has been a Realtor for the past 45 years and growing up around the real estate business, I always harbored a passion for helping clients find the right home and helping homeowners sell their home at the right time." Tony is a member of the Wawasee Kiwanis, a board member of the Syracuse-Wawasee Trails, and lives with his family on Syracuse Lake.

Niki Pawlicki

Before her retirement in 2020, Niki Pawlicki had been a full time Broker Associate, G.R.I., affiliated with Todd Realty since 1976. Niki enjoyed the variety of working with both sellers and buyers in all types of residential property. Niki was the manager of TODD REALTY’S Property Management Division. She resides with her son, daughter-in-law, and her grandchildren on Syracuse Lake.
